Alpina B6 GT3 '09 Super Charged by BinaryWarrioR & JDougNY
Install is 64 bit only: Extract the MODS folder and JSGME.exe to your project cars main directory. Run JSGME and activate Alpina MOD, then move mods.txt to main directory also. If you have other mods installed already copy Alpina entry to your current mods.txt that already exists.
Model is originally from Shift 2 unleashed by Slightly Mad Studios.
First version released, maybe minor tweaking in near future. Will also come back to this car at a later date and release the 2011 V8 mk2. All the cars I release will be GT3 class and aimed at multiplayer at the current time, this is my first attempt at a conversion of any kind so all constructive feedback is welcomed.
Would not have been possible without the help and guidance of JDougNY and the 530bhp, 725nm torque monster of an engine was designed by him and many of the features of the car were down to his guidance and patience with me. Have done my best to keep all of those horses available to you whilst keeping the car balanced, it would have been easier to balance by downing the power but the car felt very unique in the GT3 class with it's actual power band and I hope I have succeeded! Physics based off SMS cars aimed towards multiplayer... more on this in near future.
Car features: Working wiper with mask and trails, animated body parts (bonnet & all mirrors), brand new interior/exterior lighting, upgraded/new interior parts. Amongst many other features.
Skins and tyres borrowed from various sources.
New AI sound by JDougNY.
Wire frame template for car windows and window banner also included for skinning.
Next car to follow very shortly Renault RS 01 GT3.
