Hello guys

Surely many owners of Fanatec here !!

I have a V2 pedal that makes me miseries
  (Irregular clutch stroke, does not return to 0 and occasionally throttle)
I have already contacted fanatec who asks me some tests, but the problem does not come all the time...

who experienced these problems and once the change of cells or motherboard does it fix the problem permanently?

I do actually have Fanatec pedals as well, but it´s the V3 version that I run. Not very old yet, maybe 1.5 years. So yes, Fanatec here as well but not much trouble yet, so I can´t be of any help I´m afraid. Only issue so far is some squealing as well as some sticking of the throttle sometimes.

Are there any parts that need some grease from time to time? Mine came with a tube of lithium grease.

my CSL v3 are 3 months old; so far they are working.

I wonder - and I did not understand from your description - if your problem is caused by digital or physical problems.

I guess is physical: maybe some grease helps???
If It-problem: you are in the hads of GOD!

I hope the Fanatec support in France is doing well. Ask them (or ask us but give us more info), please.

That is all I can say here and now. My French is 35 years old..., so it is useless to talk French with me.
How well is your English? Shall we find an "online date" to discuss on TS-server?

Finally, as I have French relatives, I could asl my brother´s son to help us. Would you like to go that way?

Thank you so much, your proposal is very nice, but my English is just "google", it will not be a great help on TS! My German is limited to 10 words !! (my mother was German, but I was very lazy for languages )

The problem certainly comes from the cells and maybe also from the circuit board ...

I made contact with fanatec (no service in France)

But my question was whether replacing the parts they will offer me provides a lasting solution.
I read very often this kind of problem on forums and as I would like to replace my g27 with a steering wheel fanatec, I wanted to be sure of the reliability of the pedals

I hope the translation will be understandable (it's worse in German!)

first of all: Google translator works very well most of the time, your last post was almost perfect. The first post in this thread though wasn´t very well translated. But usually it works okay.

I purchased the complete "Forza Motorsport Bundle" from Fanatec, including the Universal Hub with all those switches, a CSW 2.5 whellbase, CSP v3 pedals and finally a H-shifter. Quite an expensive hobby that is, anyway I am happy I spent all the money as it really feels like top quality stuff, giving me way more feeling for the car than my old G27 did. Ask Dede, he knows.

Oh, seems like this time something went wrong with the translation. I didn´t say a word about price difference. All I said was that I bought that bundle which includes the CSW 2.5. I never tried the CSL and have no clue what the diffenece is like. What I said about money was that our hobby can be quite expensive sometimes.

No, no, I understood correctly !! (but it's true that sometimes it's weird) I just asked the question ... it's soon Christmas ... black friday ... my g27 works well, but ...
And as we always want more ...

Ah okay. Sorry, as I said before I can´t say anything about the CSL series. All I can say is that Fanatec products are great quality as well as their product support (at least in Germany).
